We’re looking for a Receptionist & Facilities and Resources Administrator.

This pivotal role provides first point of contact for internal and external clients, and visitors in person or on the phone, so a high level of interpersonal communication skills and experience dealing with sensitive and confidential issues are essential. You’ll also provide the organisation with central administrative, facilities and resources support.

This is a great opportunity to get experience in all aspects of a Corporate Administration Team.

About the job

Role location: Slacks Creek

Role type: Full time, 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, permanent with an accumulated day off (ADO) once a month.

Pay range: $68,316 a year, with salary sacrificing exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available.

We are looking for a resilient, motivated and reliable Receptionist & Facilities and Resources Administrator who is customer service driven and a hard worker. In this job, you’ll play an integral role in the organisation by providing A1 customer service to both internal and external clients.

You will:

  • provide a high standard of customer service, including being able to receive and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, accurately, compassionately and professionally
  • be skilled working with vulnerable people and have an understanding of trauma and disadvantage, and their impacts on service users
  • have advanced computer skills, including in the use of Microsoft Office suite, databases and records management systems
  • have experience in facilities and resource management across multiple buildings and a motor vehicle fleet (not essential).
