About the role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional that is pragmatically solutions focused and results driven in a Tier 1 generalist role to join a small HR punchy team in supporting our Managers on the ground.

As the HR Business Partner, you will be exposed to a variety of different sectors and industries with a reputable for purpose (NFP) organisation.

This will be your opportunity to let your skills shine by challenging old ideas, thinking strategically and innovatively because of your HR experience.

A big focus of the role will be to support and manage the Y's recruitment system and processes including end to end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

With the HR Manager support you will analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions to enhance our capabilities.

Experience in employee relations and IR thinking is highly desirable.

This is a 0.6 FTE role, of 45+ hours a fortnight that provides a flexible hybrid working model.

Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications

  • Current Employee Working With Children Check
  • Current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old) and to be renewed every 3 years.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or proven experience (minimum 2-3 years)
