The Youth Network of Tasmania (YNOT) is the peak body representing young people aged 12-25 years and the non-government youth sector in Tasmania.

YNOT works alongside young people and the youth sector to amplify their voices to government and decision-makers, influence public policy on youth affairs and ensure young people are empowered to create a future that reflects their needs, aspirations, and wellbeing. We are committed to supporting, enhancing and upholding the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children and young people.

The Project Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with and empower young people to meaningfully contribute to decisions that affect their live. Integral to this role is the coordination, delivery and evaluation of youth participation and engagement projects and activities and supporting new initiatives relevant to young people and our sector.

The successful applicant will demonstrate proven success in project management, ability to work with young people and have strong stakeholder and time management skills.

This role offers flexibility with hybrid work arrangements available.
