Your Role

We are seeking a Counsellor position to provide high quality short term focused counselling services to our clients. • Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader

  • Ability to apply counselling theories, skills and knowledge to clients experiencing issues.
  • Knowledge of available referral services.
  • Experience facilitating programs for individuals and groups desirable.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car as this role will be community and office based.

Your “why”

There are many reasons Your Side is a great place to work. We have relaxed and flexible conditions that include working from home, dressing for the work you do, and welcoming (well-behaved) pets in the office. But the most important reason people want to work for Your Side is because everything we do is centred around care and support. We are true non-profit with the sole purpose of helping people in need.
