We are looking for a full time Customer Care Consultant to work within our disability team, supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals. This will involve collaborating with participants, Support Coordinators and carers to develop support plans, coordinate services, and manage individualised budgets.

This is a full-time role and reports directly to the Team Leader, Disability Services. Our offices are based in Chatswood, and there is opportunity for flexible working from home arrangements.

About You:

• You have a passion for supporting and empowering people with a disability
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and highly responsive to the needs of people with a disability
• Excellent customer service skills, communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in NDIS, preferred but not essential
• Background in social work, support work or allied health, advantageous
