We are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist who will be the primary point of contact for all visitors to the office and ensure the smooth running of our beautiful modern Head Office.

You are an experienced Office Manager/Receptionist who enjoys interacting with and helping others. You have experience managing office supplies/equipment/furniture, liaising with building management on building issues, arranging catering, managing all office related services (eg cleaning), maintaining a register of access cards/opal cards/office keys, posting mail, event management, and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/training rooms.
