As the Employment Consultant, you will be part of a support team that works together with the young person and will focus on building their skills, confidence and readiness to enter employment through targeted and tailored activities. In this role, you will use your customer service skills and ability to build working relationships with young people to support them to gain skills that will lead them to meaningful, sustainable employment.
