YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a full time role with flexible location/work from home options available.
The role is responsible for providing best practice guidance for our people leaders relating to employee relations, attraction and retention, interpreting legislation, policies and awards, coaching/development, change management, and workforce planning, while developing and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships.
