As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, as effectively the right-hand person to the CEO. This includes circular economy manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the needs of our customers. You will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the company and helping us achieve our strategic goals.

• Patience - It's critical to stay calm in the roller coaster that is startup life. Things take time,
• Flexibility- you may at times need to complete tasks outside of the listed job description. Being agile and able to deal with curveballs in your stride is a highly valued skill
• Calm -  startups can be stressful, and the ability to stay calm and not give up at the next hurdle is essential
• Cooperative team player - working directly with the CEO and outsourced talent, you'll need to be collaborative and nimble in your approach, with the ultimate goal of wanting the best outcome for Zawn
• Problem-solving - You should have strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and develop creative solutions. You should be able to think strategically, evaluate options, and make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
