Leading the Sustainability team, this position plays a vital role in delivering the Sustainability Operational Plan objectives of providing environmentally sustainable and compliant operations at WORZ. The role will ensure the delivery of sustainable resource use, in water supply and conservation, eco system management, and waste minimisation whilst maximising recovery of valuable resources in line with Zoos Victoria's Tiny Footprint strategy.
Applicants will require qualifications in Environmental Sustainability, have an understanding and ability to manage Environmental Management Systems to ISO 14001 standard or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate a contemporary knowledge and technical and research capacity in a range of sustainability practices.
