As the Retail Store Manager of our new concept Butler Op Shop, you'll be at the forefront of driving our retail vision. Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing the volunteer roster to spearheading local marketing campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change. This is your chance to lead, bring the Butler community together, nurture a collaborative team spirit, and contribute to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets
  • Providing ongoing training and support for volunteers
  • Assisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Managing the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are covered
  • Mentoring and coaching volunteers to reach their full potential
  • Collaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits
