In this full time, maximum term role (through to end of December 2026), you'll support a local team to deliver our Early Childhood Education programs across Doomadgee. This will include our School Transition, Play2Learn, Holiday and afterschool programs, working in the 0-8-year-old space. Reporting to our Team Leader, you'll ideally be based in Doomadgee though a FIFO arrangement will be considered for this role.

You will make a difference by:

• Driving quality programming at the Doomadgee Children and Family Centre
• Supporting the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, risk management and child protection
• Coaching, training and developing colleagues to increase skill and competency to enable high quality service delivery
• Building and maintaining relationships with the local community and key stakeholders

Bringing your best every day means having:

• Experience working with teams supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
• Thorough knowledge of child protection processes and commitment to upholding them
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating reporting and collecting outcome data
• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood or another relevant field, or significant relevant experience
