The Lead Impact Analyst role sits at the intersection the Engagement, Campaigns and Data & Digital teams and is pivotal in ensuring these teams are using analytics to drive real and measurable impact in ACF’s work.
The role will work closely with the Campaigns and Engagement Directors to design and implement frameworks that drive scalable, efficient, engaging and impactful campaigns, and improve supporter recruitment and retention.
The Lead Impact Analyst will elicit and interpret the requirements of the stakeholders in the Engagement and Campaigns teams, and partner with the Data & Digital team to build the necessary processes, tools, datasets and technologies.
ACF has grand ambitions in using data and technology to improve the impact of our work and you will be a key part in developing that vision.
You will have deep experience using data and advanced analytics and be able to wrangle large data sets from multiple platforms to drive supporter or customer engagement campaigns.
You have an understanding of advocacy and engagement strategies that enable you to build effective and relevant impact metrics which can test hypotheses, identify lessons and evolve strategy. You’ll be adept at using data in the context of audience segmentation, experimenting with the resonance of different messages and assessing the factors which impact upon a supporter’s engagement with campaign goals and tactics.
You are a natural collaborator and proactively share insights across the organisation to help drive the rapid achievement of goals and shared success.
