About the Opportunity:

This is a new role joining our clinical services team that will help us provide great clinical care to those who need it most. Your focus will be customer service as you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with patients via telephone and email. This will include helping them book in appointments, answering general questions or enquiries, and confirming appointments to ensure appointment utilisation is maximised.

About you:

• A strong service focus
• Relevant experience and/or training in a similar role/environment
• Well-developed communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with website Content Management Systems
• A high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and a willingness to undertake training when required
