We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our IT department in supporting all onsite and remote C&K employee's and services. You will have experience in providing technical advice, support, and assistance to staff on a range of ICT functions. 

This role is Permanent, Full time, 38 hour per week. Ideally, the successful candidate will commence as soon as possible in March 2021. C&K Central Head Office is located at Kedron, North Brisbane.

You will be a part of a dedicated, customer service focused team who is supportive and has a great team culture 

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Provide support services, including provision of technical advice, problem identification, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the answer any IT helpdesk queries
  • Provide initial point of IT support contact for C&K staff via phone and email
  • Perform basic system maintenance and administration
  • Manage accounts and users on the network
  • Setup, configure and support desktop hardware and software
  • Identify, log, and resolve software/hardware issues
  • Provide basic IT end-user training
  • Update SharePoint content

Ideal applicants will have:

  • Relevant industry qualifications and certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Servers, Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS and Apple iOS
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office365 suite
  • Excellent problem solving and diagnosis skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & willing to help others with their IT problems
  • Clear, concise and pleasant phone manner
  • Strong written & oral communication skills together with a strong customer service focus
  • The ability to learn new hardware systems and software applications
