Do you have extensive experience in managing international development projects? We are looking for someone with exceptional skills in leading, managing and collaborating in partnerships, across a range of complex cross-cultural teams, to deliver around 30 education projects annually in the global south.
Whilst most of ERFA's projects are designed by implementing partners, the International Programs Manager will have substantial input and influence which requires a high-level of collaboration and partner capacity building to co-design and deliver education initiatives in partnership with local communities.
