Your Next Career Move

As The Junction Works continues to grow, we now have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our team in South West Sydney.

Reporting to the Manager Business Solutions, this pivotal role will see you provide the business with varied support in the daily use and administration of the applications being used throughout the facility. This role will be the key interface between the business and the IT technical teams.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Provide troubleshooting support to diagnose technical issues remotely, over the phone and in person, using a customer centred approach
  • Act as the key contact for CRM, rostering and billing software, providing expert level support
  • Ensure CRM systems and services are maintained and documented in line with project and/or organisational requirements

About You

The Junction Works is seeking a tertiary qualified professional with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an Applications Support role.

Demonstrated experience in iOS and android support is essential, while experience across MYP, Office 365 suite (including Sharepoint Online, Powerapps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2012 and Visual Basic for applications will help you stand out from other applicants. Your experience in developing positive, engaging relationships will ensure that you thrive in this role as you will not only be supporting our 324 staff but maintaining ongoing relationships with external groups such as our IT provider.

The ideal candidate will also bring an open and creative mindset to the position; new and innovative ideas are encouraged! Strong organisational skills and the willingness to jump into any task at hand will also contribute to your success in this role.

A current NSW Drivers Licence (minimum of C P2) is required prior to commencing employment due to the need to travel between sites on occasion.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an attractive remuneration circa $79,133 - $82,700 (negotiable) plus super, leave loading and salary packaging options!
