ABOUT THE ROLE

The Data Entry & Processing Officer will play an integral role in keeping the NORTH Foundation's fundraising data flowing smoothly and efficiently. A fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience and learning of Salesforce.com CRM as well as using MS Excel to process raw data.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Salesforce CRM, MS Excel or other systems
• Create templates for bulk data imports into Salesforce or other systems
• Create data import files based on templates in MS Excel files
• Generate reports from Salesforce or other systems and process data in MS Excel files

Requirements

• Intermediate level MS Excel skills – should be able to demonstrate skills in a technical test
• Attention to detail
• Solution-focused
• Can work independently and responsibly after some guidance
• Self-started and an effective team player
• Basic level understanding of Sharepoint, and MS Teams
• Clear and crisp communication skills
• Organised and punctual

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with fundraising
• There is no minimum work experience requirement
