The purpose of this role is to collaborate across the organisation to lead and drive implementation of a range of strategic philanthropy projects aimed to double structured giving by 2030. The priority projects are determined by key strategic initiatives outlined in PA’s 2022 – 2025 strategic plan and aligned to the priority projects set out in A Blueprint to Grow Structured Giving, a 10-year strategy to double structured giving.
Key projects will include, but not limited to sector led projects covering research, encouraging financial, wealth and legal advisers to engage clients to embrace philanthropy, Ultra-High Net Worth and High Net Worth Individuals encouraging peers to embrace philanthropy and communicating inspiring stories of giving.
The Director of Strategic Philanthropy Projects will be responsible for the overall strategy and planning, and drive implementation of a range of projects autonomously. Much of the role will also involve collaborating across the organisation to make progress on the agenda.
