This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced learning designer to join Relationships Australia Victoria at our Training and Development centre.
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. Our vision is for “positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians”. RAV provides services from centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
RAV is also a registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provider of a higher education qualification. As a Learning Designer, you will be a key member of the Training and Development team that is delivering a national training program.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, your responsibilities include creating and curating content for a suite of accredited courses and public training offerings including the iterative design and development of graduate diploma units and associated learning materials. You will assist/develop online training courses for internal staff and external clients that is coherent, engaging and high-quality, and implementing them in the Learning Management System (LMS).
This is a casual position and located in Camberwell. The successful candidate will display exceptionally high standards of professional behaviour, including advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
RAV offers hybrid working arrangements, competitive salary conditions and benefits with an hourly rate of $57 per hour, inclusive of the 25% casual loading, and superannuation.
