The Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) aims to advocate and promote the safety of woman and children, whilst holding men accountable for their choice to use violence against their family in accordance to the No to Violence minimum standards.  You will be required to work together with Community Agencies to develop a sector wide comprehensive approach to addressing family violence. This position sits predominantly within The Orange Door Swan Hill.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification and experience working in Family Violence.
  • Willingness to complete the Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Family Violence).
  • Being prepared to take an innovative approach to engaging with men and the community, to increase the safety of women and children.
