We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Care Service Employees to join our team at our Heathcote Facility (locally known as John Paul Village) a 213 bed facility located only 35km from Sydney's CBD and situated next to the Royal National Park, one of Sydney's real treasures.
As a Care Service Employee, you will be rewarded each day by caring for our residents and making a positive contribution to their daily lives. This is a busy, varied role where you will provide assistance to our residents to ensure that they are supported by services and activities that are centred around their needs.
At St Vincent's we understand work/life balance is important and there is the flexibility to work across various shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights). Rosters are planned a fortnight in advance but you can set your availability on the Emprevo App to allow your managers to know of your availability to pick up extra shifts when they become available. Don't forget that as a casual employee you get 25% casual loading to increase your hourly rate and you are eligible for Not for Profit Salary Packaging to increase your take-home pay.
