The Smith Family is an independent children's charity helping Australian children living in disadvantage to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves.
We are currently seeking casual facilitators to work across our in-school programs in participating schools where our ‘Learning for Life’ students are enrolled. These programs run intermittently throughout the school calendar but busiest in Term 4 so we need you now.
These programs are evidence based with data-driven continual improvement focused on students’ attendance, advancement and engagement at school, for better outcomes in the future, breaking the cycle of disadvantage.
Living up to our employment promise, our team members tell us that working for The Smith Family means they have great job flexibility and the ability to work alongside committed, passionate and professional team members whilst engaging in challenging, fulfilling and diverse work. In turn, our team members believe that they offer commitment to our vision, mission and values, and engage in effective collaboration with fellow team members to deliver strong performance outcomes.
