Summer Housing is undertaking a full business transformation and requires the capability and experience of a high performing change agent to lead us through an incredibly exciting journey over the next 12 months.
This is an amazing opportunity to help drive organisational change and further increase Summer Housing’s capacity and capability to support People with Disability to live where they want, with who they want and how they want. Summer Housing is a leading provider of quality, contemporary housing for people with disability with over 400 properties across Australia.
Reporting to the CEO, the purpose of this new role is to implement a new organisational structure and associated change plan to meet the needs of current tenants as well as for anticipated growth to realise the Summer Housing Strategy for the coming years.
This pivotal role will not only be able to deliver the program of change, but be THE change! This person will drive the implementation of the new structure, and also develop a roadmap of cultural change to set the organisation up for success.
Summer Housing is a charity (PBI) which provides salary packaging, a hybrid work environment and a commitment for the team to enjoy a successful work life balance; we are offering a 0.6 - 0.8 FTE 12 month contract to this high performing and experienced change agent.
