Our National Service Centre, based in Modbury SA, is an extended hours Contact Centre that operates between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work required hours is essential.
Our Engagement Consultants engage with Jobseekers daily, while working closely with the front office staff to ensure that all Jobseekers are scheduled into appointments and activities in accordance with our Service Delivery Model. You are required to exercise judgement, set priorities and schedule work to meet deadlines.
