The SAL Engagement Officer is responsible for assisting the SAL Team Leader in the SAL's assessment work, developing SAL workers knowledge, practice and referral base through the form of coaching and information sharing to ensure they provide efficient Emergency Relief assessments, advocacy and referrals to clients requesting material assistance from TSA. The SAL Engagement Officer will positively engage with and support internal and external stakeholders in access to the service.
The SAL Engagement Officer role is a full time, permanent position. Location is open to consideration with two sites available to work from - Sydney, NSW (Cumberland LGA) and Sunshine Coast, QLD
