About Take 3 For the Sea

We are a leading not-for-profit organisation in sustainability, with a mission to reduce global plastic pollution in the ocean through education and action!

The opportunity

You will lead a team to deliver all Take 3’s education programs, community programs and events across Australia.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the program delivery team of specialists, educators, and volunteers
• Develop and implement an annual plan for program delivery in alignment with Take 3’s vision and strategy
• Work closely with colleagues to develop new programs
• Oversee the effective and financially sustainable delivery of Take 3’s programs
• Manage the program delivery budget and revenue

Key requirements:

• Experience and passion within the Not-for-Profit community / environmental sector
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and support a team
• Extensive experience across program delivery
• Demonstrated ability to drive change
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to teamwork
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation
• Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and multitask
• Eligibility to work in Australia on a permanent basis
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
