We operate without government funding. Instead, we’ve created a sustainable self-funding model using profits from our business activities to fund our community services. This is a rare management role in the community services sector that doesn't require time sweating over funding applications and acquittals to keep operating. Our self-funding model allows us to design and tailor our services to identified needs, not funding guidelines.
The Community Services Manager is a member of our leadership team and is responsible for the development and operations of our community services. This is an exciting, challenging and diverse role that provides broad scope for creativity, innovation and collaboration across our organisation and a broad range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has:
Qualifications in leadership, management, the community services sector and experience with design thinking are desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate must be able to get a Working with Children Blue Card.
