Thrive currently has 2 positions available, one in Katoomba and one in Lithgow. Our young, dynamic team work with parents in the community within a strengths-based, trauma-informed family work framework.

Our family workers deliver a mixture of case work and community programs designed to support parents in their parenting journey by offering parenting programs, playgroups, and community activities. Thrive is a grassroots not-for-profit service committed to supporting families and communities to Thrive.

The positions are funded by the Department of Communities and Justice Targeted Early Intervention Program.
