The opportunity to work in an exciting, innovative and fast paced community aged care environment. Looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to oversee the operational management of Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Home Care Packages program staff and service delivery.
The Successful applicant will possess an optimistic outlook on life, leads their team by example and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the community. You will be an open communicator who excels at working under pressure whilst naturally motivating staff to perform at their best.
Furthermore, you will be skilled at handling complex human interactions in a compassionate yet professional manner, whilst engaging staff to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, personalised care and support to our clientele.”
You will also demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work equally well as a member of a team or working alone.
