The Senior Child and Families Case Manager role is key role within our multidisciplinary Intensive Family Services team. It will encourage families to share their story and ensure the active involvement of families on their journey throughout the process and encourage them toward the ultimate goal of Self-Determination. The role will provide casework supports which may include some group work and case coordination aimed at supporting families to access programs and services which connect, protect and heal.
