About the role

The Organisational Development (OD) Project Coordinator will work autonomously in support of the OD team to bring projects to fruition, develop new projects from idea through to implementation and create or improve systems for project oversight and with a view to continuous improvement. About You

  • An ability to work in a culturally respectful and competent manner.
  • Excellent co-ordination, planning and time management skills,
  • Strong attention to detail, data collection and reporting
  • Well-developed writing and verbal communication skills, liaison and engagement
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the community sector
  • Requirement: Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable) and Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain)
