About the role

Alan Walker Village is an independent living retirement village, well established in the Carlingford area. Working in Aged Care requires a special kind of person who will play a critical role in the lives of our residents and their families.

This role will be responsible for providing great customer service for the residents of Alan Walker Village and also accurate and efficient accounts, administrative and general clerical support for the Village.

Essential criteria

  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar)
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and PeopleSoft Financial solution
  • current Drivers Licence
  • customer focus.

Desirable criteria

  • sound working knowledge of the Retirement Village Act (1999) and Retirement Villages Regulations (2009).
  • not-for-profit or cause related industry experience
  • First-Aid Certificate.
