As our new PARC Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary, recovery-led mental health team in collaboration with our clinical partners and ensuring smooth day to day operations within the 10 bed residential site. The PARC service is delivered in collaboration with St Vincent's Mental Health Service, who provide the clinical support onsite, including psychiatric consultations, nursing and allied health support.
The program is staffed 24/7 and includes day, afternoon and sleepover shifts. Within the program, our Recovery teams offer an engaging program of 1:1 support, activities and a range of groups daily to up to 10 participants who stay for between 2-4 weeks.
