We are looking for an Administration Officer to join us at Elorac Place Community Centre who is organised, welcoming and a team player. Ideally the successful applicant would have a range of administrative skills and a warm and welcoming demeanour. The Elorac Place Community Centre is based with the Ellen Grove community and provides much needed support, information, advice and referral options for local community members. So too the Centre hosts a number of different community events throughout the year and there are a number of other community based services that operate from the Centre. The Centre is a welcoming space where the community can seek help including access to Food Shed, support services and generalist support.

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administration support to the Elorac Place Community Centre and the programs within it. The Administration Officer will assist with data entry, admin tasks, maintaining office supplies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing maintenance requirements for the building and managing bookings and calendars.
