Williams Logistics is looking for a People & Culture specialist, who is also able to lead our sustainability efforts. Ideally you will be passionate about creating supportive and inclusive work cultures, but also have an interest in environmental sustainability. We are looking for someone experienced in P&C to be a business partner, who will enjoy being trained by our sustainability consultants in our environmental programs, such as our carbon neutral certification and energy reduction programs.

P&C Responsibilities:

• Working with management in lifting the capability of the team
• Creating a learning & development program which includes DEI training, sustainability impact training, and professional development
• Supporting the wellbeing of the team, and managing our EAP program
• Reviewing and maintaining current policies & developing new policies where needed
• Conducting and executing an annual employee reviews process
• Onboarding new employees
• Managing the end to end recruitment process

Sustainability Responsibilities:

• Helping the company to achieve B Corp certification, trained and guided by our B Corp consultants
• Tracking our environmental footprint as a business, including energy use, water and waste, and helping to develop programs to reduce our impact
• Managing our supplier who is overseeing our carbon neutral certification, and supplying data where needed
• Collaborating with our Sustainability Consultants to educate our team, suppliers and customers on better sustainability practices
• Spearheading our community programs, including employee volunteer hours and donations to charity
