WHY WE POST ON ETHICALJOBS

We believe that social justice and social equity are essential in creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for women to participate in outdoor activities. That's why we up-skill women for life-changing adventures. We understand that many women often lack the skills, knowledge, and confidence to go on outdoor adventures alone, and we provide the necessary support and training for women to achieve their goals.

We believe that promoting social justice means creating more opportunities for women to become leaders in the outdoor industry. We educate and up-skill women guides and promote training and up-skilling within the industry. This creates more opportunities for women to become leaders in an industry that has historically been male-dominated.

We also recognise the importance of providing a supportive community for women who may be going through tough times such as divorce, separation, or other challenges. We understand that many women may feel isolated or alone during these times, and we believe that creating a sense of belonging is crucial to helping them overcome these challenges. If you’re a person who cares about women, community and the environment, this job is for you.
