  • Employment: Full time / Fixed Term (12 months)
  • Salary: $110,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (open to negotiation dependent on experience)
  • Location: Hobart TAS

About the role

As our new Growth & Intake Manager, you'll be at the heart of our expansion efforts, responsible for networking, filling client vacancies, and ensuring our SDA homes are fully occupied with individuals who will thrive in their new environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Matching: Use your keen understanding of client needs, and your genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disability to match individuals with their dream SDA homes, ensuring a great fit and a positive living experience.
  • Skilled Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with NDIS participants, Support Coordinators, government agencies, community organisations, internal stakeholders and more to build a robust referral network.
  • Growth Strategist: Be supported by our internal teams as you develop and implement innovative growth strategies to expand our reach and fill client vacancies.
  • Brand Ambassador: Attend conferences, expos, and events to support the expansion of our service delivery, representing Able Australia as our trusted brand ambassador.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track success, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to ensure we're meeting our goals.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience developing professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients and client retention
  • A deep understanding of disability support, the NDIS, relevant legislations, and practice standards
  • Strong existing network of connections within the NDIS space, or demonstrated success in building networks
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship, and communication skills
  • Elevated negotiation capability, with demonstrated experience achieving success
  • Ability to work to, and exceed, targets within specified timeframes
  • Self-motivated, a positive role model with a ‘can do' attitude
