Albany Community Care Centre has been supporting the frail, aged and their carers from the Great Southern region and surrounds since 1986 to remain active and enjoy an improved quality of life. With over 100 staff and 1000 clients, ACCC runs the Commonwealth Home Support program and Home Care Packages program. ACCC also delivers services under other programs.

ACCC is located in Albany Western Australia, one of the safest places in the world. The climate is mild and the coast is breathtakingly beautiful. Facilities in Albany are outstanding.

The organisation is keen to appoint people who bring extensive senior level leadership and management experience to the position. In order to attract he 'right' people we are keen to offer negotiable hours and assistance with relocation if you are currently living elsewhere in Western Australia.

Finance Manager Position

You will have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and a professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role. You will need to show a demonstrated ability to develop and drive long term strategic financial goals for the organisation. You will lead and manage a small, high functioning team and have excellent communication skills. It is desirable that you have experience in the Aged Care Industry or Not-for-Profit sector or a keen interest in working in this area.
