The Victorian Neurodiversity Trust aims to support and fund social enterprise in its pursuit to engage young people facing barriers. Connections to community, socially inspired businesses, volunteer organisations, disability networks and youth programs of all kinds sit at the heart of the Trust and we are proud to service communities across Victoria.

The Victorian Neurodiversity Trust, via Access Guides, provides work experience, capacity building and support to young Victorians living with disability. Social enterprise sits at the heart of our model. This is a varied role which involves developing key partnerships and collaborations with local disability, community and pathway organisations with a view to generate client opportunities.

About the role:

Community development via connecting with social enterprises, community groups of all kinds and schools to create meaningful work experience opportunities for young Victorians facing barriers to employment.  

This is a fascinating role requiring a range of community and relationship skills. Local connections create local outcomes but this role can be broader via region, depending on candidate preferences. 

Suitable applicants will have industry knowledge and/or experience in DES, SLES and post school opportunities for disability youth in their region. A history of relationship building and community partnership development is a plus. This is NOT a sales role, but please note salary range listed reflects on target earnings, as such this role is best suited to applicants who are comfortable with a performance based contract.
