In this role, you'll provide essential support and guidance, helping clients enhance communication skills, parenting strategies, and overall relationship dynamics. Key Role Responsibilities

• Provide case management supports to families, couples and individuals.
• Provide high quality counselling services.
• Facilitation of evidence based educational programs to address client needs.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.

Essential requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant field of study
• Demonstrated experience using high-level clinical and case management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in individual and couple counselling.
