The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the training, assessment and continuing professional development of emergency physicians as well as the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator, on a full-time or part-time (0.8FTE) basis, to join our collaborative and dynamic Training Department.
As a Training Services Coordinator, the role will be responsible for leading and managing the Training Services team in conjunction with two other coordinators, to oversee the customer service and administration functions within the Unit. The position provides professional, efficient, and effective administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, the incumbent will also be coordinating and managing the enrolment of trainees, special considerations and recognition of prior learning processes.
We are seeking applicants with extensive experience in administration and customer service, strong oral and written communication skills and great attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be provided on-the-job training to develop a sound understanding of the ACEM Specialist Training Program to assist in providing accurate advice to stakeholders.
