The Position

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a highly organised administrator to join the College’s Assessment Systems team. As an Examinations Officer, you will play a key part in coordinating the administration activities associated with our Associateship Written examinations, which is just one of the many training programs we offer at the College. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake administrative processes including data entry and maintaining records
  • Assisting in the development, testing and implementation of our written exams
  • Providing timely responses to stakeholder inquiries related to examinations
  • Help support the running of examination events

The successful candidate must possess highly developed administrative skills and be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders, will be crucial for this role.
