The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is the not-for-profit organisation responsible for training emergency physicians and for the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
As the peak professional organisation for emergency medicine, ACEM has a significant interest in ensuring the highest standards of medical care for patients are maintained in emergency departments across Australasia ACEM’s vision is to be the trusted authority for ensuring clinical, professional and training of the highest standard in the provision of quality, evidence-based, patient-centred emergency care.
The Facilities and Administration Officer assists with the smooth operation of the office and provides support to the College with a focus on Facilities, Workplace Health, and Safety (WHS), catering and front-of house support. You will monitor and action incoming office and facilities requests, coordinate trades while undertaking general office duties including ordering of stationary, office and kitchen supplies.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in an active facilities administrative role, have excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to manage your time, competing deadlines and the ability to multitask.
This is a full-time position, based in our West Melbourne office and is a great opportunity for a keen and highly organised administrator to join the team!
