The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a member-based organisation whose principal role is the training, assessment and professional development of emergency doctors for Australia and New Zealand.

Due to organisational growth, we are recruiting a Specialist International Medical Graduate (SIMG) Officer to join the College’s Education & Training Department. The SIMG pathway caters to overseas-trained doctors who wish to be recognised as specialists in Emergency Medicine in Australia and New Zealand. Working within a collaborative team environment, the primary purpose of this role is to provide high level administrative support for all aspects of the College’s SIMG pathway, processes, and related assessments. Please note this is a full-time / permanent position based in Melbourne, Australia.
