An opportunity has arisen for a Training Services Officer role within our Education & Training Department. This role involves working within a team of 5 to facilitate the day-to-day record keeping, customer service and administration for our Specialist Training Program. Please note this is a full-time/permanent position based in Melbourne, Australia.
The successful candidate will complete on-the-job training to develop a sound understanding of the ACEM Specialist Training Program in order to provide high-quality advice to our trainees and their supervisors.
As a front-line employee, you will have a passion for customer service, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, data management experience and an ability to prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines.
