The Position

We are recruiting a Training Services Officer to join our collaborative and dynamic Training Department. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne, Australia.

Positioned within the Specialist Training Programs unit and reporting to the Coordinator, Training Services, the primary purpose of this role is to administer a range of processes and functions and provide high quality support and advice to doctors and their supervisors as they complete their training in the exciting field of emergency medicine.

Our ideal candidate will have administrative and customer service experience, preferably within a student, compliance and/or membership-based environment, with strong oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be provided with extensive on-the-job training to develop a sound understanding of the ACEM Specialist Training Program and provide accurate advice to our trainees and their supervisors.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work a rotating roster, including a 5 PM finish time on at least two days of the working week. Occasional travel within Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand may also be required as part of the role.
