When it comes to our environment, the Australian Conservation Foundation has been leading the way in protecting our living world for almost 60 years.
We are the national environment organisation committed to caring for Australia’s unique and beautiful wildlife and natural world. We’re inclusive, non-partisan and funded by the Australian community.
Whether it’s advocating for an end to destructive land clearing, for protecting our beloved endangered critters, or pushing for stronger climate action, our dedicated community of more than half a million people are constantly working to create a world where forests, rivers, people, and wildlife thrive.
The Marketing Manager is the custodian of ACF’s brand and our big, bold marketing strategies!
No two days will look the same in this exciting role. One day you might be responsible for dreaming up out of home advertising for a campaign targeting the fossil fuel giants, the next you’ll be rolling out a digital campaign that shines a light on Australia’s extinction crisis.
You might spend your day ensuring ACF’s brand is front and centre at a major national event or roll out A/B testing messaging on nature and renewables with different audiences, run a brand survey, or work with a celebrity to get the nature message out. There’s a lot of fun to be had with paid advertising, digital marketing and PR.
This is a varied, highly collaborative, and strategic role, with the chance to bring your big, creative ideas to life and make a massive impact on changing the story on nature and climate in Australia.
This role leads a team of talented creatives and digital gurus who are responsible for marketing, brand website content, as well as clever partnerships (like the Triple J’s Hottest 100!) to achieve ACF’s campaign, fundraising, narrative, brand and organising objectives.
You’ll do important work with one of Australia’s most impactful organisations, and with our world-class organisational culture and great team, we guarantee you’ll have fun along the way.
ACF is proud to offer our staff a supportive workplace with excellent conditions, including:
People are at the heart of everything we do to protect our planet. To achieve the bold change we seek, we must represent the richness of diversity within our communities so that all of us who care about nature can step up and lead.
ACF is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants. We actively encourage First Nations people, people from CALD backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ people, people with disability and others who have diverse experiences of our world to apply for this opportunity.
