About the role

Quality & Safeguarding Administrator provide support to the Quality and Practice Leadership Team, managing group inboxes, delegating matters and requests for support to relevant team members and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and tasks are actioned in a timely manner. The role also requires managing and updating a number of internal Quality and Safeguarding Registers in keeping with organisational processes as well as regular administrative tasks.

About you

Using your experience in a fast paced environment, you will be well versed in managing multiple priorities and deadlines across a range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills will be exceptional, and you will be comfortable navigating technology and systems including Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework is desired however not essential.
