Achieve Australia is expanding its services to Queensland! With over 70 years of experience serving Sydney and Northern NSW, we’re excited to bring our expertise to Brisbane and build on the strong foundations of the teams already in place.

Your new role as a Client Engagement Lead will see you responsible for the end-to-end intake from responding enquires from prospective clients through onboarding and handover to the service delivery team. All in a customer focused, responsive and proactive manner.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be based on South Brisbane with the option to work from home two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BDM with partner assessments, competitive research, and business case analysis.
  • Support the BDM in maintaining relationships and developing community engagement opportunities.
  • Attract, engage, and contract new NDIS Participants for our services.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and current referrals.
  • Conduct initial meetings with clients/families to gather information and complete documentation.
  • Manage new relationship opportunities and client onboarding, ensuring all permissions are obtained.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth intake and service transitions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of all facets of the NDIS including a high-level commitment to individualised, person-centred service delivery.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, including funding bodies.
  • An ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office suite and other CRM Programs.
